Okay, not a spectacularly good picture, but you get the idea. The thing is, it's called Wagyu and Rice. But the meat isn't particularly fatty, in fact it's a little bit dry on the inside. If your whole thing is fatty beef, which is what I'm expecting with wagyu-anything, dry meat ain't cutting it.

Also, and this is me just being picky, when you're ordering off the menu there's a big old picture of a big old bowl, with a mountain of rice and the meat perched on top. On top of that, a little egg yolk. But when it arrives as a set, it's all deconstructed, and you don't have room to make your little tower of meat and yolk.

And there's me cold green tea. That's right, I'm mainly waffling on about all this because I'm testing stuff out.
